Project Manager

Manage all project activities in a design/build setting, including customer relations, assembling and directing the project team, and controlling budgets, resources, and schedules. Coordinate and lead project meetings while documenting proceedings, and close out projects. Assemble and direct the project team including superintendent, purchasing, and subcontractors. Some travel may be required depending on project location, typically the midwest. This role requires familiarity with construction terminology and documentation, supported by Bayland's award-winning Procore cloud-based project management software for seamless collaboration.
