Project Manager I or II in Jacksonville, FL to drive Change Management processes, manage project cost control (including monthly PM reports, cash flow and budgets), supervise pre-construction activities (POs, subcontracts, schedules, cost setups), assist in estimating/pre-construction tasks (scope reviews, bid-day participation, budgets), monitor schedules and critical path, review proposals to determine time frames and staffing, supervise employees, subcontractors, and suppliers, and travel as required while communicating with customers and maintaining company vision and values.
