Job Summary
Oversee comprehensive project direction, financial success, and completion while managing relationships with owners and subcontractors. Interpret construction plans, technical specifications, and submission requirements, then forecast costs and manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and budgets through project management software. Lead small to mid-sized teams, develop bid packages, and act as the primary client contact for periodic progress reporting. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate critical meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate between design and construction teams to ensure alignment with company interests and client policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5-7 years of relevant construction industry experience
- Preferably experienced in healthcare construction projects
