Job Summary
Lead installation projects from concept to completion, guiding and supporting the installation team; provide hands-on installation support and training; serve as the main point of contact for clients, communicating project progress and updates; stay current on products and services to advise both team and customers; conduct regular quality inspections; lead pre- and post-installation reviews to identify improvements; collaborate on project scheduling, documentation in the CRM, and overall project delivery; perform field measurements, assist with warehouse activities, and handle inventory stocking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving processes
