Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will manage facility MEP design build and design build projects across various industries including pharmaceutical and biotechnology. You will lead project execution through the entire life cycle, oversee preparation of plans and specifications, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes. Ideal candidates will have at least ten years of project management experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to travel for project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of relevant project management and engineering experience
- A Bachelor of Science in mechanical, civil, structural, or architectural engineering
- A professional engineer (PE) licensure or a registered architect (RA) licensure (preferred)
- The ability to execute presentations, manage client relationships, and successfully interact with team members
- A willingness to travel for project requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device projects
- Plant engineering experience
- Project execution experience of projects within an A/E/C design firm
- Experience with facility utility design projects for manufacturing and distribution clients
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project
