Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while developing detailed schedules, budgets, and roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for identified risks. Prepare governance artifacts, executive reports, and presentations while tracking financial performance and cost control. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, participate in vendor evaluations, and ensure compliance with the Bank's Project Governance Framework. Measure performance using KPIs and earned value metrics to provide regular status updates. Support Business Continuity and Emergency Response activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience
