Job Summary
Project Manager at Azerconnect Group (CEO Office) responsible for executing the PMO charter, developing annual technical project roadmaps, selecting appropriate project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum), and delivering projects from initiation to closure within time and budget. Must manage scope, business case, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations, prepare Management reports, and ensure timely communications and documentation. Requires higher education, 2-3 years of telecom project management experience, PMP/Prince2 credentials preferred, fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian a plus), and advanced MS Office tool skills. Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- 2-3 years project management experience in telecommunications
- PMP and/or Prince2 certification (advantage)
- Understanding of telecommunications industry
- Finance, procurement, logistics, legal principles understanding
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English; Russian good to have
- Advanced MS Office tools (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
