Job Summary
Lead power systems projects from design through implementation, delivering key initiatives on time and on budget while managing resources and identifying risks. Maintain high-level client relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring engagement and satisfaction across varied project types. Drive team performance by building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and supporting succession planning. Demonstrate strong financial acumen and strategic ability to make sound decisions under pressure, adhering to AVK processes for safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Report to the operations director with full autonomy to deliver projects the AVK way.
