Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for successful delivery of client aviation-related projects across varied scopes and disciplines. Key duties include defining project scope, business case involvement, funding approvals, stakeholder coordination, procurement management (tenders, bid analysis, contract awards), contract administration (payments, changes), construction oversight with safety collaboration, and proactive risk management. Requires construction experience in aviation, knowledge of Australian building and aviation standards, contractor management and contract administration, ability to manage multiple life-cycle projects, strong stakeholder engagement, eligibility for Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), and proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft 365 Apps. Independent work capability and a customer-focused, quality-driven approach are essential.
