Job Summary
Project Manager with aviation project experience responsible for coordinating and directing project design, permitting, and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout; oversee financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects; train and mentor junior project team staff. The role requires strong leadership, management capabilities, and attention to detail to deliver complex aviation-related construction programs. Preferred credentials include LEED AP or LEED Green Associate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects
- Aviation project experience required
- 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
