Job Summary
Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for assigned aviation projects while administering owner and subcontractor relationships. Direct and mentor on-site staff to ensure client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and adherence to planned profit targets. Maintain a culture of safety and quality assurance and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Requires 5+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or equivalent roles. Full-time onsite position in San Francisco with a competitive salary range of $142,750 to $178,500.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction
- 5+ years track record of delivering on-time projects
- 5+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects
- 5+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety
- 5+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control
- 5+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
- Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company
