Job Summary
Lead efforts in pursuit of potential airport improvement projects and develop technical and price proposals across the East Coast. Monitor and manage resources to complete projects in accordance with contract scope, budget, and schedule using Deltek Vantagepoint and other management tools. Achieve excellent financial performance by promptly invoicing for services rendered and advocating for outstanding accounts receivable. Lead and assemble a qualified project team to deliver client outcomes on time and within budget, while maintaining team satisfaction and resolving personnel conflicts. Monitor project quality, ensure a quality management plan is developed, and keep Principal-in-charge informed of potential claims or contract risks.
Required Qualifications
- BS (MS preferred) in Civil Engineering, Management or equivalent
- PE in NH, MA, ME, VT or ability to obtain
- 10+ years of increasing technical or planning and leadership experience
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
