Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for aviation construction projects in Tampa, FL, overseeing planning and execution of large-scale aviation infrastructure including terminals, runways, and support facilities. Responsibilities include project oversight from conception to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and airport authorities, developing and managing budgets, maintaining client/stakeholder communications, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards. Requires 7+ years in aviation or large-scale infrastructure, strong budgeting/scheduling/leadership capabilities, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (PMP a plus). Required Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
