Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans, review scope statements, and coordinate activities to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget project completion. Lead cross-functional meetings with sales, engineers, finance, and third-party resources while managing stakeholder communications regarding change orders, delivery updates, and on-site visits. Review daily project status to identify financial and schedule deviations, spearhead resolutions, and raise immediate awareness of potential cost impacts to management. Prepare project reports for the PMO Director and respond promptly to customer concerns regarding problems or scope changes. Ensure all methods and tools align with Alpha's documented Project Management Methodology. This role involves up to 30% travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and requires a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of established industry standard Project Management Methodologies (PMI)
- Prior experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope change and billing within a for profit environment
- Experience using project tracking tools
- Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities/projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by ability to lead client and internal team through the duration of the project
- Demonstrated clarity and accuracy of written documentation
- High level of organization
- High level of job site familiarity i.e., construction and corporate atmosphere
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a team
- Ability to read and comprehend CAD drawings, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Self-motivated
- Resourceful
- Ability to solve unusual or unexpected problems
- 5+ Years Project Management Experience
- Four-year degree or combination of schooling and project management experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years audio visual and/or broadcast project management experience (preferred, not required)
- Q360 preferred
- PMP or CAPM preferred
