Project Manager

Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities while maintaining alignment with project objectives, scope, and organizational practices. Develop project plans and schedules, coordinate resources, and manage tasks to support successful execution across multiple projects and stakeholders. Collaborate with customers, end users, vendors, and internal teams to understand requirements, communicate project status, and support strategic objectives. Monitor milestones, deliverables, budgetary guidelines, and performance indicators to ensure projects remain on schedule. Identify, track, escalate, and support resolution of project risks, issues, and changes while partnering with leadership on corrective actions. Establish and maintain project management processes, governance practices, reporting, and documentation to support successful project delivery. This onsite role in Manassas, VA, serves as a key liaison for ATCC Federal Solutions, supporting the global scientific community with trusted biological materials.
