Job Summary
Associate Project Manager – P&A Transformation drives digital and process transformation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, evaluate and redesign operating models, and apply Agile and traditional methodologies to manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating P&A and Controllers transformation projects, facilitating stakeholder updates with LOB leads and tech teams, documenting business requirements, testing digital solutions, and developing training materials for new systems; and generating operating model and data insights to support cloud-based initiatives. Preferred expertise includes cloud technologies (AWS or Databricks), data analytics, PM certifications (PMP or Agile), and knowledge of AI/ML concepts and digital automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data management and cloud architecture principles
