Job Summary
Change & Governance Analyst within the Investment Middle Office Change Team: manages operational change initiatives and governance across IMOS, coordinates stakeholders, tracks milestones, surfaces risks early, ensures accurate reporting, and facilitates governance forums. Collaborates with Product Development and Technology to test enhancements, supports regional outsourcing governance forums, maintains inter-affiliate records for oversight and audit readiness, and ensures compliance with policies, charters, and regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include organizing initiatives, escalating delays and risks, communicating requirements clearly, identifying process improvement opportunities, and sustaining regulatory and policy adherence across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate sound product knowledge across trade processing, asset servicing, and IBOR concepts
- Apply understanding of outsourcing governance forums and inter-affiliate charters
- Deliver strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational execution
- Communicate clearly with strong presentation skills and structured updates
- Analyze issues with solid troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities with flexibility across regions and time zones
- Maintain diligence and compliance focus while coordinating complex initiatives
- Leverage prior experience facilitating governance forums and managing meeting cadences
- Apply familiarity with regulatory change impacts and inter-affiliate governance expectations
- Produce executive-ready reporting with clear milestones, risks, and decisions required
- Improve operational resilience by proposing controls and risk-reduction enhancements
- Partner effectively with Technology teams on UAT, rollouts, and adoption planning
- Standardize documentation and playbooks to improve consistency and auditability
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and reducing operational friction
