Job Summary
Lead large-scale, technical projects from initiation to delivery by creating and maintaining project plans and schedules, ensuring requirements meet objectives, and aligning governance with stakeholders. Collaborate with management, clients, and internal/external stakeholders; implement portfolio and project management practices; develop clear communications, trainings, and post-delivery support plans; mentor team members in PM processes, tools, and techniques. Manage clear contractual terms for required project work with vendors; ensure governance and management controls are in place. Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in engineering equipment development
- Project Management Program certificate preferred
