Job Summary
Project Manager to coordinate and manage aviation maintenance projects within scope, budget, and schedule; serves as the primary liaison between the company and customers, delivering daily updates, defining contacts for schedules and budgets, and ensuring invoicing accuracy. Responsible for project planning with senior planners, identifying constraints, mitigating risks, and communicating critical paths to stakeholders. Oversees labor and material charges, assigns workloads across departments, coaches teams, and drives continuous improvement, compliance, and safe operation. Ability to work at Marana and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate. Preferred: 5+ years of PM experience, aviation industry experience, Six Sigma/Lean, and bilingual Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 5 years of experience in project management (Preferred)
- Aviation industry experience (Preferred)
- Certification or experience in continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management) (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
