Job Summary
Project Manager leading development programs in a medium-sized manufacturing setting with full accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and customer relationships. Responsible for cross-functional coordination, integrated program scheduling, financial forecasting, and contract changes; interfaces with customers and internal teams; ensures compliance with defense/government standards; drives continuous improvement and program delivery from award through completion; requires strong MS Office proficiency, BMP/contract change management, and sector-specific experience in aerospace/defense environments; Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years PM/engineering experience; U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance verified.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing program budgets, schedules, quality, contracts, and customer relationships
- Direct customer-facing experience in a PM/PM or engineering role
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance
- ITAR compliance awareness and ability to work in ITAR-restricted environment
