Job Summary
As a Project Manager at Ware Malcomb, you will lead innovative design projects, managing all phases including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction services. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, overseeing budgets, preparing and updating project planners, and coordinating with internal teams and consultants. You should possess 7+ years of architectural experience in diverse commercial projects, strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, and proficiency in project management software. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required, along with a thorough knowledge of building codes and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
- Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail project experience
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
