Project Manager, Architecture (New Clubs)

Project Manager, Architecture (New Clubs) will oversee the concept, design, and delivery of Equinox's new clubs, collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure luxury, functional, and aesthetically exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities include defining project goals, budgets, and timelines with senior management; developing comprehensive project plans and schedules; guiding design concepts aligned with the brand’s luxury image; overseeing budgets and cost estimation; leading cross-functional teams of architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers; maintaining design quality and craftsmanship; conducting site visits to verify design specifications; monitoring progress and mitigating delays; identifying risks and developing contingency plans; maintaining open communication with club owners, executives, and stakeholders; ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master’s preferred), proven PM experience in relevant luxury sectors, strong PM software proficiency, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Salary range is $110,000–$115,000 per year.
