Job Summary
Lead medium to large-scale restoration and rehabilitation architectural projects in NYC with minimal supervision; coordinate all project phases from investigation through close-out, prepare and oversee technical documents (field reports, cost estimates, specifications, AutoCAD drawings), conduct site inspections (including work on scaffolding up to 60 stories), maintain client relationships as primary liaison, ensure quality control and compliance with NYC building codes, troubleshoot project issues, and stay current on building regulations. Requires 6–10 years of architecture-related experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in façade restoration, historic preservation, and forensic investigation.
