Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects, acting as the primary architect of project success. Architect comprehensive project plans with work breakdown structures and resource allocations; manage client relationships and ensure long-term project viability. Oversee all phases from design through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget, with a strong focus on financial stewardship and transparent reporting. Mentor junior staff and lead change and scope management to protect project integrity. Utilize advanced project management software and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain organizational standards across multiple concurrent projects. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field and 7+ years of industry experience (3–5+ years in PM) required. Preferred sector experience includes Grocery, Retail, Senior Living, or Industrial. Strong leadership aspirations and ability to thrive in a casual, flexible work environment are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of industry-related experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically in Project Management.
- Software Proficiency: Proven expertise in industry-standard project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements.
