Job Summary
Oversee various aspects of engineering, workflow, budget, field verification, and scheduling for assigned projects, supervising progress from start to finish. Serve as the primary liaison for all client communications while collaborating with staff to create strategic action plans and project estimates for products, time, labor, and resources. Facilitate project plan and design development, compare actual outputs to estimates, and analyze materials and equipment used. Ensure compliance with codes, guidelines, and policies, and collaborate with engineers and senior management to troubleshoot problems. Assess resource and subcontractor competence, manage change orders, and prepare periodic progress reports for leadership. Requires two years of project management experience, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

- At least two years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, systems design, or other related field, with at least one year of management experience leading multidisciplinary project teams required.
- Blueprint Reading a must.
