Job Summary
Project Manager of Architecture and Design (Healthcare) leads multidisciplinary design efforts for Free-Standing Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Medical Office Buildings across the United States. Oversees project architects and multi-discipline coordination (MEP, Structural), facilitates design sessions, reviews submittals and permits, tracks budgets and schedules, conducts site visits, and ensures design excellence aligned with IH design standards. Requires collaboration with Construction and Real Estate teams, experience with SD/DD/CD phases, RFI responses, and documentation control. Proficiency in AutoCAD and preferably Revit; strong communication, leadership, and financial-tracking abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years of related architectural, design, construction, or healthcare project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit proficiency strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing architectural and construction documents and supporting project implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
