Project Manager

Establish the Project Management Plan aligned with project risk and ensure its execution by team members while delivering or exceeding the commercial plan. Identify margin improvement opportunities and maintain a positive cash balance through prompt invoicing and chasing aged receivables. Collaborate with the Resource Manager to allocate resources effectively, monitor scopes of work, schedules, and budgets, and communicate client variations impacting scope, budget, schedule, content, and quality. Translate client expectations into project outcomes and manage internal and external change processes. Requires an Industrial Engineer in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent, solid experience managing multidisciplinary projects from design to implementation, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Onsite role at Arcadis.
