Job Summary
Own full program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Build and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and resource planning, and serve as the primary customer interface to build trusted relationships in DoD and government environments. Ensure alignment with contract scope, manage changes through formal processes, and proactively identify risks to drive mitigation. Deliver clear reporting to leadership and ensure compliance with government requirements. This role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an Active Secret Clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Join a team supporting mission-driven national security programs with real decision-making authority.

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar frameworks
- Background in engineering, defense systems, or technical programs
- Experience managing subcontractors or multi-partner programs
- Direct experience with hypersonics, reentry vehicles, or similar flight vehicle systems
