Job Summary
Independent contractor Project Manager delivering IT projects with a focus on customer satisfaction. Lead stakeholder relationships, manage scope, risks, and changes, and guide projects from kickoff to completion. Communicate progress through regular status meetings and reports, track milestones and budgets, and ensure timely time-entry and billing. Leverage flexible project-management methodologies from lightweight coordination to more complex engagements, while contributing to process improvements. Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance client outcomes with delivery constraints are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination/project management on IT-related projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, OneNote, and Excel
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, PMBOK or Agile PM, PMP not necessary.
