Job Summary
Project Manager – APAC (Travel Distribution) leads delivery of complex, customer-facing implementation programs for travel agency partners across the Asia Pacific region, owning end-to-end project execution including governance, risk, budget and stakeholder management, coordinating multiple product, R&D, Implementation, Operations and partner teams, and promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the APAC organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project/Program Management (IT or travel industry preferred)
- Proven track record managing complex customer implementations
- Experience in travel ecosystem (GDS, airlines, travel agencies) is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management with exposure to senior/executive stakeholders
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries in APAC
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills
- Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or Travel & Tourism
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum / SAFe) certifications preferred
