Job Summary
Project Manager and Consultant will support the PMCO Service request process, provide project management and consulting on assigned projects, facilitate project meetings, document actions, and provide updates and reports to stakeholders. The role involves supporting the Strategic Planning process, developing written and verbal reports, conducting research and analysis to back varied projects, and assisting with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare operations. Required capabilities include strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal and leadership liaison with executives and medical staff, data analytics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and independent judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare related field
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in project management, consulting, participating in or leading projects, process improvement work, data analytics, other business-related experience in a health care setting
- Preferred: Project Management Professional, Lean Certifications, Change Management
- Knowledge/Skills: strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, communication with leadership, data analytics, healthcare operations, ability to manage multiple projects, timeline adherence
