Job Summary
Lead project management and business development for life science and pharmaceutical facilities in Sweden. Grow the Sweden client base within life science and pharma, lead or contribute to strategic bids and proposals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, act as Project or Programme Manager for client projects, develop knowledge of Ramboll’s capabilities across Sweden and globally, and connect those capabilities to client needs. Drive development of Ramboll’s Sweden Life Science & Pharma organization, support strategic capacity planning, and raise Ramboll’s market profile through networking, client and partner engagement, and industry events. Requires an engineering background, several years of project delivery experience in life sciences/pharma facilities, strong business development track record, deep pharmaceutical industry understanding, proven ability to meet revenue and profitability targets, cross-disciplinary and cross-geography collaboration, prior engineering consultancy experience, a sustainability mindset, and fluency in Swedish and English.
Required Qualifications
- An engineering background in a technical discipline relevant to the role
- Several years of experience delivering projects within life science and pharmaceutical facilities
- Strong track record in business development with ability to build trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients and convert opportunities into new work
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including policies, market trends, investment strategies, and stakeholder landscape
- Experience leading and delivering projects to agreed revenue and profitability targets
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical disciplines and geographies
- Experience from an engineering consultancy
- Passion for sustainability and a drive to create positive change
- Fluency in Swedish and English
