Job Summary
Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics and data transformation projects within the BFSI sector, applying Agile and SAFe methodologies to plan, track, and manage initiatives. Own delivery governance, risk management, and reporting while managing stakeholder communication across business, data, and technology teams to support structured Business Transformation objectives. Requires 8–14 years of overall experience with a mandatory minimum of 5 years in recent BFSI projects. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, with candidates holding a notice period up to 30 days also considered. Full-time permanent engagement available across India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 8–14 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience

- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Strong PM skills with a demonstrated ability to drive and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects
- Project management experience within banking or financial services
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Strong communication skills and delivery-focused Business Transformation project experience
