Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects focused on aligning global/local technology strategies for IT Infrastructure (Servers & Network), ERP integrations, data analytics, and digital transformation. Leads cross-functional teams, governs scope, cost, schedule, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Drives ERP solution integration, analytics enhancements, and end-to-end delivery of Cloud, Network, and Cybersecurity infrastructure projects across global sites. Collaborates with Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Process Owners; proactively identifies risks; manages vendor selections and external relationships; maintains governance/compliance and executive-level communications. Requires experience with ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, QAD Adaptive), enterprise systems, and agile/hybrid delivery methods. Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting capabilities; hybrid work arrangement in Markham, ON, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field
- Minimum 5-8 years IT work experience with focus on service delivery and/or project management
- Proven track record managing large, complex IT programs in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development (SDLC), cloud technologies, and/or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM)
- Minimum 3-5 years implementing IT server deployments, network infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
- 3-5 years of project management in ERP implementations focusing on manufacturing supply chain (sales order, inventory, material management, financials)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- English fluency; Mandarin/Vietnamese an asset
- ITIL knowledge and PMP certification are assets
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 5-8 years of direct IT work experience with a focus on service delivery and/or project management
- Experience managing large, complex IT programs in enterprise environments
- ERP/CRM/ITSM knowledge
- ERP implementation experience (manufacturing supply chain: sales order, inventory, material management, financials)
- PMP and/or ITIL certifications are assets
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Vietnamese language skills are assets
