Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects. Drive project roadmaps to ensure all engineering objectives and business milestones are met while communicating with factories and suppliers to guarantee smooth project delivery. Manage bill of materials, subassemblies, and individual items via the change order process, supporting PLM management of Ampd products. Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure documentation is correctly and accurately uploaded and maintained on the Arena PLM database. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-stakes technical projects and influencing senior leadership.
Required Qualifications

- Expert communication skills capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in project management or an Engineering field
- 10+ years of experience in project management
