Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects in the digital assets and blockchain space across North America and Latin America. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating status and progress to executive leadership and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success to drive seamless implementation of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions. Manage delivery across teams operating in multiple time zones while leveraging technical knowledge to influence teams without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises
- Strong technical knowledge in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain or digital assets
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
