Job Summary
Represent AMERICAN Pipe & Vessel as the central point of contact between sales, engineering, operations, customers, and external stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects by developing manufacturing schedules, analyzing progress, coordinating logistics, and driving customer-centric delivery plans. Provide technical support for product lines, resolve scheduling and drawing issues, and ensure shop drawings meet production standards. Act as a team leader for virtual groups to coordinate resolution of customer-related matters while maintaining project documentation per SPFA and ISO guidelines. Identify risks, implement value engineering opportunities, and train team members on project management methodologies. Maintain a clean work area, adhere to safety rules, and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Five years of project management experience
- PMP certification
- Engineering degree

Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional certification
- Prior experience or training with computer programming and software such as CAD
- Prior experience with steel pipe fittings, pipe design, sales, and service including a technical environment
- Prior field sales and customer service experience
- Related experience in the water or wastewater industry
- Knowledge of AMERICAN products and their application
- Spanish language ability
