Job Summary
Project Manager to oversee ultra-luxury hospitality and residential project delivery from inception to handover; manage project workstreams, coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors; monitor schedules, maintain trackers, risk registers, and progress reports; support procurement and tender processes; ensure Aman brand standards and design objectives; assist in budgets, cashflow reporting and commercial administration; coordinate with Aman Technical Services and design teams; based in Aman Group Dubai Corporate Office with opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in project management or construction management
- Experience in managing the construction phase of a project is fundamental
- Experience within luxury hospitality, residential or mixed-use developments preferred
- Ideally the candidate comes from a PM Consultancy background
- Relevant university degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or similar discipline
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes across design, procurement and construction stages
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
- Good commercial awareness with understanding of project budgets, procurement and contract administration
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
