Job Summary
Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations; coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration; manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion; guarantee all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget; serve as primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity; work involves both office and field environments and may require occasional travel; may need to work outside regular business hours to address urgent project matters; physical ability to move within and between facilities and perform site surveys as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Secret Clearance required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related O&M support services and/or facilities management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing O&M services similar to the requirements of this task order
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
