Project Manager

Lead and coordinate overall project management to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant project completion while meeting profit goals and enhancing client relationships. Perform qualitative reviews of contract documents, design specifications, and shop drawings to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Maintain detailed document control, record keeping, and master project schedules, providing accurate reports on progress and budget adherence. Collaborate with superintendents to facilitate construction processes and coordinate staff activities for quality assurance. Lead or participate in Requests for Proposals, conducting site investigations and preliminary design work. Requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering with experience managing projects from conception to completion.
