Project Manager

Oversee healthcare and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion in a general contractor environment. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement activities, and contract administration. Lead project planning efforts and maintain accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors throughout project execution. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project financial performance, forecast costs, and identify potential risks before they impact execution. Facilitate owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and project status updates. Support projects involving occupied healthcare facilities, medical renovations, and specialized healthcare environments. Travel to project sites as needed to maintain visibility, resolve issues, and support successful delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule and budget objectives. Residential-only construction experience will not be sufficient for this position.
