Job Summary
Deliver weekly status reports listing current and planned activities, and submit monthly reports detailing hours spent and remaining on the contract. Define requirements, capture technical work, monitor progress toward project objectives, and record lessons learned. Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle by preparing documents, conforming to existing frameworks, and providing actionable advisory assessments. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, facilitate data gathering for emerging technology projects, and translate project data into documentation and briefings. Requires ten years of IT modernization experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project or Jira, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary range is $150,000 - $200,000. Application deadline is October 19, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust clearance
- US Citizenship
- Onsite work in Washington, DC
- Ten year's experience with IT modernization, technology refresh, or cloud projects
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to customers, engineers, and leadership
- Ability to comply with standards governing Change Management, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity
- Experience creating communications, dashboards, information radiators, presentations, reports, and other supporting documents for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing enterprise IT projects, particularly demonstrating aptitude in providing planning, scheduling, and monitoring to drive large projects to completion
- Knowledge of current industry best practices for managing projects
- Experience with requirements elicitation
- Experience with assessing project deliverables for satisfaction of requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Project and any of the following: Microsoft Planner, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Kanban Boards
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
