Project Manager

Job Summary
Partner with sales to define customer needs, enter project data, and coordinate with art, estimating, production, and installation teams to ensure milestones are met. Monitor progress, communicate with internal and external sources, and implement action plans or change orders to resolve issues. Approve vendor invoices, review final cost and margin information, and prepare monthly projected billing reports. Manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment while maintaining alignment with customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of margins and gross profit concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skill
- Associates or Bachelor Degree or the equivalent of training, education and experience
- Two plus years of experience in project management
