Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for bringing construction projects to completion with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing contract documents, coordinating project plans with the Superintendent and subcontractors, monitoring job progress, preparing project analyses, and ensuring effective communication with customers and project stakeholders. The role requires a high school diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management, alongside proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications. The Project Manager also holds authority to manage purchase orders and negotiate subcontracts.
