Project Manager

Develop effective plans and schedules for heavy civil construction projects with the Superintendent and Project Team to meet project goals while maximizing production and minimizing costs. Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure progress remains on schedule and within budget, managing overall profitability through monthly profit and loss statements. Confirm that all work and materials comply with contractual standards and the Allan Myers Safety Program, including direct oversight of subcontractor compliance. Supervise Superintendents, Senior Project Engineers, and field teams to maintain quality and safety across all activities. Maintain excellent client satisfaction through consistent communication and timely responses to concerns.
