Job Summary
Project Manager for civil and electrical construction projects (including substations, wind and solar plants). Lead, coordinate and control project activities, analyze and manage budget and procurement, oversee subcontractors and suppliers, interface with clients and external technical teams, ensure contract compliance and monthly reporting, and strive for cost and quality optimization across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea in Ingegneria
- Esperienza almeno quinquennale maturata in contesti analoghi
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Doti analitiche e di problem solving
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza dell’intero pacchetto Office, Internet e Posta Elettronica
- Capacità di gestione delle commesse e del procurement
- Gestione, con collaborazione ufficio tecnico e ufficio acquisti, della fase di procurement
- Rappresentare la società presso i clienti durante la fase di costruzione
- Interfaccia con i team tecnici di terzi, fornitori e consulenti esterni
- Gestione dei subappaltatori e fornitori durante la fase di costruzione
- Verifica delle performance delle risorse interne e dei fornitori
- Elaborazione di report mensili di avanzamento e chiusura delle commesse
- Comunicazione efficace con enti pubblici
