Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for steering medium to large projects using Alfa Laval’s project methodology. Manages orders for replacement parts or complete exchangers (Shell and Tube or Air Coolers), prepares order openings, monitors department activities, interfaces with suppliers, tracks purchase requests and deliveries against the manufacturing plan, develops progress reports with visuals for customers, manages project documents in Meridian Data Warehouse, ensures deadlines are met, coordinates with customers on finalizing documents, and oversees invoicing according to project stage. Requires a mechanical background, 8-12 years of experience, strong safety culture advocacy, cross-functional coordination, procurement analysis, cost and progress reporting, and excellent English communication. Proficiencies include IT skills (MS Office and internal software), customer relationship management, and the ability to prioritize tasks within a matrix organization. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, adaptability, curiosity, and a focus on sustainable, value-driven project execution.
Required Qualifications
