Project Manager, Aircraft Technical Services

Job Summary
Coordinate aircraft purchases, sales, transitions, and returns as the primary interface between customers, MROs, and technical records. Manage all technical aspects of asset delivery, acceptance, and ongoing lease term support while ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and Country of Registration regulations. Perform or arrange technical inspections, review maintenance data for accuracy, and direct on-site contractors. Provide technical support to Legal, Finance, Contracts, and Marketing departments. Attend industry conferences to stay current on aircraft programs. This role requires extensive global travel (150+ days annually) and reports to the VP of Aircraft Technical Support.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience within aviation industry
- Relevant Third-Level qualification
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an aviation technical field
- Experience with Aircraft Transition (Delivery / Re-Delivery) process
- Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programs
- Experience viewing and reviewing Engine and APU Borescope inspections and reports
- Experience with maintenance reserve claims, reimbursement, and forecasting
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements
- Strong background in Aircraft records
- Knowledge of Life Limited Parts status reports (Chapter 5)
- Knowledge of Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin status reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to travel at short notice, for extended periods and globally
- Extensive global travel - 150+ days a year

- Experience with the Airbus Narrowbody CEO/NEO Fleet and Boeing Narrowbody Classic/NG and MAX Fleet
- Experience with CFM56 Series engines
- Experience with LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B series engines
- Experience with Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbofan (GTF) engines
- Experience with IAE V2500-A5 engines
- Experience with FLYdocs
- Experience with Lease point
