Job Summary
Deliver multiple OTOCOQ helicopter retrofit projects for the UK MOD, police, and air ambulance customers while managing schedule, cost, and quality KPIs. Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, aligning activities with critical paths and baseline requirements. Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuring adherence to AHUK PMO processes and EASA/UK CAA regulations. Provide evidence-based progress reporting to senior management and contribute to developing future project methodologies. Requires SC clearance, a UK driving licence, and experience in aerospace engineering environments. Based at Oxford Airport with mandatory travel.

- Meet any/all requirements of Export Compliance Regulations
- Willing to travel as part of the role

- Proven track record of delivering successful engineering / aerospace projects
- Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Leading the process of structuring, planning and delivering complex projects
- Directing project activities aligning with the baseline and critical path
- Focus on proactive risk and opportunity management
- Controlling variance to time/cost/quality
- Project financial and contractual management
- Representing projects through established governance
- Evidence-based account of progress
- Distilling key risks/opportunities/support needed for Senior Management
- Formal project management training at practitioner level - APMP, Prince 2 etc.
- Background in aerospace / aviation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team building ability
- Well-developed interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications
- Background within an aviation engineering environment
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in a Pt21 environment
- Capture and/or Bid Management experience
- Formal aviation engineering background
