Job Summary

Lead large-scale AI and automation initiatives from planning through execution, translating business priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, and workflows. Shape evaluation portfolios and define AI-native operational processes, using data to track metrics, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements. Partner with technical teams to identify automation opportunities and serve as a resource for Project Coordinators, reinforcing best practices and operational consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with a strong working understanding of how LLMs, evaluations, and AI systems function across a portfolio, enough to drive program strategy and navigate ambiguity independently.

  • Experience managing complex projects, programs, or operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve operational challenges, and make sound decisions independently.
  • Proven track record of managing timelines, risks, priorities, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively partner across teams.
  • Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms).

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, automation, technology, or operations-focused environments.
  • Experience designing or improving workflows, processes, or operational systems.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams, engineers, data scientists, or automation specialists.
  • Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
